Private invite: founders-only workspace, wellness, and community
A permanent home where NYC founders work, connect, and recharge together
There's no place in Manhattan where you can do deep work in the morning, hit the sauna at lunch, and brainstorm with someone who just closed a Series A.
We're building it. And on February 26, we're hosting an intimate dinner for the investors, advisors, and operators who want to help shape what it becomes. If you know someone who should be in the room, reply with their name. More on that below, along with other ways to get involved.

Founders Run, Sauna and Cold Plunge with Othership
Every founder I know in New York deals with the same thing. You're building something meaningful but your day-to-day feels fragmented. Your coworking space is full of people you'll never talk to, your gym has zero overlap with your professional world, and every founder event feels like speed dating where you leave with business cards and nothing real.
So you try to piece it together. A desk here, a membership there, some Slack community, a networking dinner. None of it clicks because none of it was designed for how founders actually live and work.
Founders House fixes that. It's a private members club in Manhattan that brings together three things that don't currently exist in one place: a workspace designed for deep focus, a curated community of people who are genuinely building at a high level, and a wellness space with sauna, cold plunge, and yoga so you can recover in the same place you work.
One membership. Workspace, wellness, community, all under one roof.

The part that matters most is the people.
Our founding members include Forbes 30 Under 30 founders, YC and Techstars alumni, former McKinsey operators, and builders who've raised real capital and shipped real products. The kind of people you'd actually want to grab coffee with or run an idea by at 7pm.
This didn't start with a business plan. I started running through Manhattan with founders about three years ago. Louisa built Shanti House, a wellness community for innovators. Our run club and her mindfulness community merged into something neither of us expected.
Since then we've hosted 100+ sold-out events with 9,000+ founders coming through our doors. We've partnered with Shopify, Rho, Bandit Running, and Othership, hosted panels during NYC Tech Week, and ran brand activations with Superpower. Founders who met at our events have gone on to start companies together, hire each other, and become genuinely close friends.

That track record is why we're building a permanent home. The community already exists and the demand is proven. Our advisors include Lisa Skye, who was the 2nd employee at WeWork and went on to build a 75,000 sq ft co-working space in FiDi. She's been hands-on with lease negotiations, financial modeling, and introductions.
We have 53 founding members committed, 200+ applications in the pipeline, and we're in active lease negotiations across Meatpacking, Chelsea, and Flatiron. Build-out plans are ready and programming is mapped.
Investor & Advisor Dinner. February 26.
On February 26 we're hosting an intimate dinner for investors, advisors, and operators who want to help shape what this becomes.
The room will be small, every seat matters, and we're looking for people who've built or backed community-driven businesses, physical spaces, or founder-focused brands. If that's you, or if you know someone who fits, we'd love an introduction.
Reply with a name and a quick note on why they should be in the room. Or if you're personally interested in learning more about the opportunity, just reply and we'll send over the details.
This is a private dinner, not a public event. Seats are limited.
Contrast therapy evening in Williamsburg. Tuesday, February 24, 7 to 9 PM. Sauna, cold plunge, and honest conversation with founders who are building real things. No pitching and no name tags.
Founding members get in free. Not a member yet? Apply to purchase a ticket and see what this community actually feels like.
Founding Memberships: First Batch Filled
We filled our first batch of founding members and prices have gone up, but pre-opening perks are still available if you get in now. That means access to every event before we open, extra guest passes, and permanent recognition as part of the House's DNA.
Your deposit is fully refundable if the House doesn't open and your first month comes with a satisfaction guarantee. Priority access at a price that won't exist once we open the doors.
Know a founder who should see this? Forward it. Know someone who belongs at the Feb 26 dinner? Hit reply.
